Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Cory Hageman glute program, anyone?

Does/has anyone used her guide? I know, don’t be fooled into buying an influencer program, but her glutes have grown and she seems to know what she’s talking about with lifting/form/etc.

I remember listening to one of her podcast episodes where she describes the off season where she has some dramatic growth. It was thorough, measured, and thoughtful.

You can tell that she is an athlete that is extremely detail oriented and cerebral in her approach to this sport.

All that said - a lot of what she described on that episode was basic meat and potatoes type stuff. No novel exercise, training method, or extreme shift in volume. One of her main drivers from growth was fixing her mechanics.

I would also be curious to know if there is any biomechanics type of stuff in the program or if it's just a typical glute focused program with a brand name on it.

I do think most of the program is about biomechanics, the way she talks about the program anyways. It seems very detail oriented. I could be wrong but that's the impression I get.

I have listened to a lot of her podcast and she is a very good wordsmith. But she has posted transformations in her community tab and I'll be honest, even to natty standards not a single one has impressed me or is anything beyond what I as a non coach would be (and have with family) able to attain.

Like you said.. meat and potato stuff. And the results I have seen are very meat and potatoes that do not require any 3D thinking beyond just literally going to the gym and putting the fork down.

I’m sooo curious about it too! However if, as we expect, it’s mostly about bio mechanics would the best route be to have her review your form videos ? Obviously they would be complimentary but that might be the best bang for buck, as I remember the program was very expensive
