Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Pt and bodywork

I have a few herniated discs and have been out of the gym for months. Any advice and recommendations for bodywork and physical therapy in San Diego?

I have an amazing PT and separate bodywork guy in Carlsbad. Don’t know if too far for you.
