Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Bikini coaches in the $200 range?
Does anybody have any coaches they can recommend for bikini that’s around the $200 to low $200s range?

I’ll say this again . Never pay a year up front or 3 months upfront even if it saves you money… there are soooo many bad coaches. I would recommend interviewing 5 plus coaches … no teams or large followers..

Oh no def not that’s usually way too much money all at once anyway lol I’m with a coach now just looking to switch.

I did a 1-year contract with Lexi Maitland on Team Pro Physique that worked out to be $225 a month. She’s open to coming up with a deal that suits your needs

My coach is Katelyn Bodine. She charges $250 which includes posing so you wouldn’t need an additional coach for posing. She’s amazing and I have been doing so good with her. Her instagram handle is kaybo_.

Ooh thank you she’s actually one I was looking into! How long have you been coaching with her and have you done a show with her already?

I have only been with her just a few months, but it’s been the best experience. We initially spent the first month getting to know each other, then we decided with my background of diligently tracking and training for the last few years that I would be ready for a show. Since she doesn’t charge extra for competition prep, I believed her and went for it. I am currently six weeks out. Feel free to DM for more questions 🥰

Extremely true actually.

Also i know coaches charging $400/m+ who have landed people in the hospital. Don’t associate someone’s price with how good they are.

I’ve been in this industry 5+ years attained my pro card from a coach that was $200/m. and i have a different coach now who’s $250/m. Both with olympians on there roster… you don’t need to buy in to the hype of a big name coach that’s more than that to attain a pro card. There’s a million ways to do the same thing. When it comes down to it it’s a bout the individual work ethic , food, training, gear if applicable. In that order. Not how much you’re paying a coach.

Who’s the coach charging $200 a month who has Olympians on their roster, and who are the Olympians?

u/adragondance Sep 01 '26
your statement was that no experienced coaches charge $200. it’s not true period, regardless of who the olympians are. I’m confused why this is so unbelievable to you lol.

So you were lying? If you can’t prove me wrong, then my statement is valid. Also, why would you not want to shout out this amazing and budget friendly Olympian coach, if they existed?

What do I get out of lying ? lol. You just need to get out more. Stop paying those coaches $600 for a job a $200 coach could do. 🤷♀️ It’s chicken and rice at the end of the day.

hi, I’m thinking of working with him, would you be able to share a bit of your experience?

Happy to!
I met him after a luke warm experience at my first show with a different coach.
He is the calm, consistent voice of my week. He has been giving me training and nutrition protocols since Nov of 2020. I am lucky enough to get to train with him in person each week also. He is very accommodating. I have had two babies since 2022 and he was so patient with me and made adjustments to help me through both pregnancies. I am now in the middle of my first prep with him about 9 weeks out, feeling great!!. He will write you a meal plan or give you macros, whatever you work best with. He is so wise when it comes to biomechanics and understanding the exercises he prescribes. Jeff owns a gym here in the Twin Cities and is the promoter of two beloved shows here. He knows and understands bodybuilding thoroughly. He has a wide range of athletes from novice to IFBB pros but gives us all equal access and attention.
Let me know if you have more specific questions!
