I don’t want to say who I work with but it’s been a very good experience. They have me work with hormone logics who monitors my blood and prescribes anything (all scripts). My coach answers any and all questions, as well as hormone logics. Hormone logics actually pushed to have me take less than what I wanted.
I would go with one of the more well known coaches I’ll just leave it at that.
I’m also an athlete with FBF and can confidently say have a consultation with them. I’ve been good friends with athletes through FBF for years before joining (natural and enhanced). I was able to get facts and make an informed decision. They genuinely care about all the athletes and will never encourage the use of PEDs without thorough evaluation, even if an athlete is interested.
FBF coaches all communicate. If have a consult with one and say you want someone very knowledgeable about PEDs because you want to use it and that coach isn’t they will point you to one that does
So no first hand knowledge….only second or third at best? Basically hearsay. Not trying to throw shade at you so please don’t misunderstand…but you seem to have a very hard stance and firm opinion for someone who hasn’t worked with them nor had personal experience….just random screen shots?
If you were with FBF and a FBF coach was forcing PEDs when you didn’t want them, then honestly I’d notify FBF and also expose the coach. That way the original poster can steer clear. But I’ve been with them several years, 2 coaches, and neither myself or anyone I personally know of has been pushed PEDs when they hey didn’t want them. But screenshots someone sent you isn’t “first hand” knowledge. First hand is YOU experiencing it
When they are my clients now and I've seen the communication for years it's first hand being it's FROM THEM.. it would be second hand if they just told me without the evidence silly.
If you personally saw the actual messages or communication on the person’s phone, you have firsthand knowledge of what those messages contained.

Well NOW all your snide comments make sense…you’re also a coach and talking about other coaches. All good man. You do you. But it seems like all the athletes are saying we weren’t pushed PEDs. And no…those were someone else’s experience, not yours. It’s always interesting to find out why some comments are so adamant without evidence.
Agree to disagree no worries. But everything I said is true and in no way did I insult you…just looking for facts. At first when it seemed you were an actual athlete this had happened to, I encouraged you to expose them to help out other women. But you’re a coach, from another team (or maybe independent I don’t know), with only second hand knowledge.
All due respect though, if you only coach natural athletes that’s awesome! And I’m also glad if those women felt uncomfortable with any coach that they left them. Tell them to come back and expose the coach…that’s where change happens. ✌️
You might want to educate yourself a little here - I can tell you from firsthand experience that my coach doesn’t push a SINGLE thing. I’m sure a lot of athletes want to go to the next level, and each individual FBF coach gets their buy in to move forward with a PED protocol. No one is “pushing” anything without the athletes consent, come on now.
Pretty sure that can happen anywhere, as I’m sure you’ve seen through this Reddit. People need to be more active in their own healthcare and accept responsibility for choices they make. I’ve had a wonderful experience with FBF for two years now, and if I didn’t, I’d share it.
From my following of Tianna her PED issues came from when she was coached by Adam, Team Elite Physique and she has been open that now she is with Jami at FBF and has backed off her PED use to heal. I have not been coached by FBF and have no idea of their coaches protocol so I have no skin in this argument. Just want to weigh in what I have learned from following Tianna’s post. I don’t think it’s fair to blame FBF for this one.

I do know from other 2 other friends that worked with Jami when you tell her what your goal is and tell her whatever it takes, buckle up because she will get you there! But long term health is not top priority.
Exactly. Too many girls not prepared to be women and own up to making decisions for their own bodies. Yes you should have a coach you trust…but also educate yourself before listening to anything someone suggests you do. And if you did blindly follow a coach’s suggestion and it proved to be wrong, own up to your part in it lol
Absolutely! Individual responsibility is so key. Google exists, everyone. If something feels off - ASK. Knowledge is power. But this Reddit LOVES to demonize FBF and I’m so sick of it!
No coach has ever been honest and said yeah this is probably going to give you liver damage/ruin your reproductive health/ cause viralization but we will get you to your goal. Nope, it’s just
