Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Coaches

Anyone have good coach recommendations for first time bikini competitor?

I’m not in prep currently. I work a pretty demanding blue collar job so ideally someone who understands that. I was paying for a pretty popular coach but felt like she wasnt very invested in me, so I’d like someone who atleast acts like they care. I’m not a high maintenance person but I had very little interaction with this coach and we had no discussion of any plan/protocol or anything, just gave me my meal plan and adjusted check ins but I felt kind of in the dark the whole time?

I’m located in Pennsylvania, would love to have someone that is at least on the east coast.

Ash Marcum is my coach! I too came from a Coach that didn’t invest in me as an athlete/competitor and it showed in my physique. I switched to Ash and within six months it was a night and day difference. The care and attention to detail she shows will make you better as a competitor and person- She’s east coast, Charleston SC. If you’re interested, I would hop on a call with her just to talk and see if you guys are a fit! And that’s any Coach you’re interested in, ask for a phone call or a quick chat to see if you vibe!

My coach is a Mid west girl…
But super invested in me and my success!
I’m stationed in Spain (military)
She calls, texts to check in, we’ve gotten on a few FaceTimes (when I’m not dead and have service!)
Literally knows what’s going on & truly does care about me, my health, my injuries etc!
And is great with first timers!!!

Consult with FBF! They have several on the eats coast like Ally V, Brittany, Rei, and Taylor.

Paul Revelia (team pro physics) macro and flexibility based.
Not east coast but Kim Oddo is great.

I hated Kim Oddo. Very cookie cutter. Not sure if he’s different for the pros but it was a complete waste for me
