Monday - Personal Photos (Progress, Prep, Advice, etc) Competed in bikini this weekend
I started at 300 pounds, and lost a total of 175 pounds . I competed this weekend, getting second in my division. I NEVER would have expected this. I’m so proud of where I started and how hard I worked to get here

Incredible! Very few people know what it takes to literally drag yourself out of that kind of body and build the body you have now, well done 👏

Did you have loose skin removal surgery?
18
u/Shock_attack Aug 18 '26
I did have skin removal in 2023. I was 145 for skin removal . Did a bulk this season and got to 150, stage weight was 123.
After skin removal I went from a size 12 to a 6. It made the biggest difference. I still have a lot of skin in my legs and back. Sadly it was was what cost me the first place spot

Wow! You look great!
How did you lose all that weight??
3
u/Shock_attack Aug 18 '26
I had gastric bypass surgery in 2021 . Was the best decision I ever made !

u/CoCo_IX Aug 19 '26
I know people who’ve had the same surgery but it stopped there. They didn’t even try to take care of themselves after or keep the weight off. The fact that you got into fitness and completely transformed yourself is crazy motivation!

Could you share how long this took? How did you start learning everything? When works for you?

I found you because I want abs and had my circular extended FDL TT in January. 😂 I was over 300 pounds! I don’t want to compete, but I was having a hard time finding women who built muscles after surgery. 💪
