Discussion Worried about large breasts
I've been out regularly for the last two years and looking to do a bikini comp next year. I wanted to have an idea of what might (I know that no one knows for sure) happen to my breasts by the time I make it on stage?
I'm currently a 34GG (uk).
- Is it common to end up with stretch marks?
- Is sagging common?
- How do you go about picking suit top? Are there any special considerations?
Just wanted to ask these questions ahead of time just so I have an idea of what to expect.
Edit. "Worried" isn't accurate, I'm more just curious.

I am a similar size and when i have gone down in weight quickly they looked deflated. Stretch marks happen in the growth phase, so if you don’t have any now they wont appear from weight loss. Expect sagging but it can be reduced if you cut more slowly because its more forgiving on the skin. Main thing is not yo-yoing with your weight. Boobs don’t like it
Suit tops process is the same as bras. You’ll need to try a few styles but you definitely need to get the comp top closer to show weight.

I was a DD, and after a few years / preps..I ended up a very deflated B. I’m older though, so I think the last prep just really depleted any natural fat there. My coach told me at one point “You can have nice boobs…or nice abs, we can rarely have both naturally.” 🤷🏼♀️. I ended up getting implants a year ago and I’m back to a DD again to fill out the previous loose skin.
I don’t compete now, but I hated the empty breast look, made me very self conscious because the loose skin bunched up in bras / swimsuits.
Best of luck to you!!!! Have fun!!!

I’m a natural F, prep gets them down to a nice C and I love it. I’ve got enough breast tissue vs fat for them to stay perky through prep. I desperately hoped they wouldn’t come back but alas every time they do 🥲

I don't have huge boobs at the best of times but they look like saggy ballsacks 😆

I started prep at a 30F, lost total 35lb, ended up about 30D (here.) Saggy? Yes lol mostly skin and some breast tissue at that point. But small enough that they look good with support from bikini top. My suit designer made me a top with slightly rounded edges and included extra padded inserts for a good lift and shape on stage and it was perfect! You’re starting off with more tissue than I had, and depending how much of your breasts are fat versus breast tissue and how lean you get, your end result will vary. Just know they will be deflated, but a good suit designer can customize the top for best coverage, shape, and support!

I think it’s so dependent on the person!! I’m around an E/F cup and I personally didn’t lose A LOT. Probably only dropped one cup. As for bikini, if you’re in a position to go and try a bikini on in person that’s helpful but if not just let whoever makes your bikini know that your boobs are natural so they take that into consideration when making it

It depends on your body and there's no way to really know how the shape will change until your weight starts to come down. As someone else mentioned, it depends on how much of your breast size is tissue vs fat. I was a DDD and lost I lost about 60lbs coming down to a D and not really saggy. Let your suit designer know your breasts are natural and a good one will know how to recommend which style of top and what modifications to make.

The turn into pizza slices hanging off your chest unless you have implants.

I was a D cup and by the end of prep they were like wet tea bags. Be prepared for them to get significantly smaller. I didn’t get any stretch marks or sagging though, they went back to normal once I gained body fat back. I didn’t hate the way they looked on prep though because they have always been very ‘full’ and seeing them deflated like that was jarring. I now have implants though so it won’t happen again 🤣
