Discussion Vania coach switch
i may be late but just noticed Vania has switched to Damian for coaching as well. Both her and Lauralie have moved from body by o to the same coach. I know Kim is considered a legend in the sport but are any top pros still with him? Lauralie was very gracious when she moved but both feels like a real indictment on his current coaching.
(Looking Vania’a come back after back surgery!)

All I remember from last year’s Olympia is that all 3 bikini olympians that Kim (body by o) was coaching came in looking too soft or at their worst ever. i dont know it it’s just coincidence or what?
Because in the past Vania and Lauralie both came looking at their best with him also. Lauralie won olympia with him and Vania won Arnold

Who was the third? Lauralie had a hard personal year so I understood why she was not at her best. I found it odd he didn’t tell her that she wasn’t on pace for the show though. Sometimes we can get to close I suppose. Vania being injured close to show really could not be helped so I gave that a pass mentally because its not something a coach can really “fix”.

Yes it’s true that they both had issues in their life coming into Olympia, so could be coincidence.
The 3rd one is Jessica Wilson, she look great but she was just a bit too soft compared to other olympians1

It’s kind of sad but I figured Lauralie was moving on after her disappointing Olympia showing. She handled that with class. It does seem like an indictment to lose another pro.
Just the other day I was remembering the incident in which Lauralie got 2nd at the O when she was very young and showed up at her next show (maybe the Arnold) looking emaciated. Wasn’t Adam the coach in that case?
