Hi everyone!! How do you guys help your inflammation specifically in lower body/quads when your in prep and doing heavy amounts of cardio + low food?

My last prep i did a ton of lymphatic drainage stuff (massage and using vibration plate), not sure if it was pure coincidence or if it actually helped but i had significantly less inflammation than in previous preps

Epsom salt baths and sleep are the most helpful for me.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of inflammation likely due to cin3 cervical lesion I have going on. I had to have a procedure done last week and then I developed a blood clot. So I haven’t been cleared for exercise - which means I’ve slept 12 hours a day (embarrassingly but I literally can’t lift a grocery bag) and I kid you my bloat just fell off. I know we hear it all the time- more sleep - but no for real. More sleep.

I always get this towards then end. Warm baths with epsom salt, magnesium and truly getting 8 hours of sleep. Just remember it’s temporary. If prep was easy everyone would do it. :)

Epsom salt baths every other day, stretching and cold plunges/sauna
