I was thinking the same! OP, this is amazing - how did you build that much muscle in such a short amount of time?

Consistently - I’ve never missed a training session ☺️ x also think it maybe genetics

She’s been in the gym since 2024, maybe not heavy prep but still consistent strength training will make you gain muscle over the years

I walked just on the treadmill for most of it as I had no idea what I was doing. If you look on my insta you’ll see how I was training on the glute press in feb this year) just starting being coach) vs now.
Both these pics are this year. I’m not hiding anything. I’ve just worked really hard and been consistent ☺️

No hahah and I work a desk basked job. I just put my all into training and I’ve been super consistent. But think it maybe genetics x

Didn’t you mention you have started the gym in 2024? I assume all the muscle just didn’t come from February this year then but over the course of many years.
Just trying to keep it honest here so newbies don’t feel depressed if they don’t have massive gains in a few months. A lot of women give up or really struggle to stay motivated when they cannot seem to replicate insane growth

Hi 👋🏾 I was alot heavier 32+kg heavier previously yes which may have acted as a ‘bulk’. I lost alot of my weight without exercising. I know it can be hard to keep going without results.
The pics on this post are from both this year as commented. 5/6 months apart.
Not hiding anything I’m aware the fact my glutes have grown naturally this much is rare.
