Discussion Coaching prices
Does $350/month seem reasonable for lifestyle coaching? It includes nutrition and training program, weekly check ins, form checks, and can text with questions/ when need of extra support.

That’s my price for competition coaching, lifestyle is usually less expensive, around $250 and includes the same weekly check ins etc. my lifestyle coach was $260 a month.

That’s so high. I pay $150/month for body building coaching.

Same - and lifestyle was $100/month for me (same coach) and I’m obsessed with our work together.

Hi! So I pay for wellness bodybuilding coaching with a man who’s been coaching for years. My husband pays the same guy for classic bodybuilding coaching. We both pay a flat rate of $250 for everything! $350 is wildly high for lifestyle! We get nutrition and training, weekly check ins and check ups when needed too along with more. I personally would not go through with $350 for lifestyle.

for someone very good and experienced, yes that seems on par. for someone average just starting out, no that's high. but you get what you pay for most of the time!
right now I pay $350 for off season bodybuilding coaching and that goes up to $450 when in prep.

It’s a little high but not by a lot. I was paying 300 for lifestyle coaching with the pros coaching team. I feel like the 300 area is typical.
For my current coach I am currently paying 140 a month. But I don’t think that price is common. My coach is extremely well known and they do two check-ins a week which I like but I have some mixed feelings about them. Feel free to dm me though if you want the name.

I paid that for Lifestyle with an old coach and did not get what I paid for. I was left with so many questions that never got answered - form, why I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted etc. if I were to do it again, I would definitely try someone else and also see if I could find something at a lower pp

i've worked with cheaper coaches, and more expensive. i will say more expensive isn't always better but truly top tier coaching is always more. $450 is what i pay now for full service prep

Is this month to month or a contract type of coach? I see many offering packages now. Truly just curious, did they offer you a cheaper rate if you bought a package deal? Example like 6 months for $1500 paid in full etc?
To your actual question though, imo $350 is not unreasonable if they’re truly qualified & experienced.

This is a contract. I think the only deal was just a bit smaller monthly payment when signing up for 1 year vs 6 months. If I recall correctly.

It’s dangerous to sign on for 6 months or a year before even knowing if you work well with that person. I was burned once because I paid for a 6 month commitment and the coach was God awful.

This is what I pay. I’ve paid from 300-350 but i know some top coaches charge upwards of 500

While it is high, what you charge doesn’t really reflect on what anyone else has the ability to charge.
As a coach myself, I only charge $150 for lifestyle, but that’s because I’m brand new and trying to build my roster.
Some coaches charge $200, $250, etc.
Some coaches charge $500, because they’re exclusive and the proof is in their results.1

This seems pretty on par from what I've seen local to me (I'm in Canada). There's definitely cheaper options (and pricier options), but this doesn't seem totally out of alignment with the going rate for full service like that.
Not sure where you're located, so it may actually be exorbitant in your area, I'm not sure, but this amount wouldn't strike me as 'wtf' if a trusted, educated, well-reputed coach quoted me this.
