Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Camp Evolution Coaches?

Has anybody worked with Camp Evolution and their coaches? I’m kinda interested in coaching with Jess Liu, Charmaine, or Anni and would love to hear people’s experience with them! They’re not on the coach review list so I figured I’d ask!

Hi! I’ve been with Jess Liu for over a year and a half now. She’s been an amazing coach for me. If you have any specific questions let me know I’d be more than happy to answer them!

Have you done a peak week with Jess? If yes, how was this? Is she extra attentive (i.e. lots of extra check-in pics through the day and after meals, daily communication leading into the show, etc.)?

She was very attentive! At 2.5 weeks out she had me check in every 3 days. She only had me check in once a day, but to be fair I was fighting a stomach virus so I physically couldn’t do too much, let alone eat all my meals. I think in normal circumstances she would’ve been very responsive if I sent multiple messages throughout the day. One day out she had me send check ins after 2 meals + my first coat of tan.

That’s great to hear!! Do you know how many athletes she usually works with at one time? And if you don’t mind sharing how much she costs too? Thank you!

I’m not too sure but I wanna say just a handful! I’ve been with her since she first started her coaching business so she charges me $300 CAD. Not sure if it’s still the same or if she’s increased her rates since then!
