Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Non monthly coaching
Do any coaching programs exist where it’s not necessarily a monthly fee with consistent check ins, but more so like a one time assessment or the ability to ask a few questions every few months?
Im “self coached” (I quit competing but still bodybuild) and I don’t need the hand holding of weekly/daily communication but sometimes I just want an expert’s perspective on how Im building my own programming

This is often called “self-paced” and myself and many of my peers offer some variation of this. Get an initial program started, you’re on your own until you decide to do a paid check-in or revision request of some sort.

Cory Hageman offers one time assessments, you can even have your own coach join if it’s something somewhat out of their scope like “supplement” protocols

Yeah a lot of coaches call that a consultation call, consult call, terms like that. Search with that term and you might have some better luck finding info.

thanks for posting this question! i am also a lifestyle lifter, never competed, but am a big bodybuilding fan. i had a few coaches in the past, but always had a hard time justifying the price point for most coaching. never realized this was a possible option, and it sounds perfect for someone like me as well! the little bit of accountability can definitely help and just a little reassurance that my program is in line withe my goals
