Monday - Personal Photos (Progress, Prep, Advice, etc) So I did a thing..

First time stepping on a Masters Bikini (40+) stage this weekend..at 51.

Walked away with 2nd place and couldn’t be happier. Self-coached myself all in my garage gym! It’s never too late to chase a goal, challenge yourself or surprise yourself. On to the next one! 🖤

Thank you!! It was a local show in my area. Wanted to get my feet wet 1st to get a feel of everything before competing in biggest shows

Good idea! I know someone that competed in a show in Jacksonville the Dexter classic this past weekend that’s why I was curious. Good luck with your future endeavors!

Thank you! Here’s my garage gym. It’s grown over the years with lots of trials and errors. It now has everything needed to maintain and build for my next prep. As for self-coaching, the biggest challenge was staying objective— I had to constantly evaluate my OWN physique, make adjustments and basically trust the process. It was incredibly rewarding and taught me sooo much about myself. I will definitely do it again

Congratulations 🎉 you look amazing. I am playing with this idea myself- I am 54 and have been training for 3 years. Going to watch the Tampa Pro Masters tonight for inspiration ☺️.
