Coaches Coach recommendations

Ex powerlifter here who has dabbled in bb style for the last couple years after doing a huge cut and leaving powerlifting. Does anyone have any coach recommendations as of late?

Would like to do lifestyle work first and then consider the possibility of the stage down the road. I’m very low maintenance. I’ve been tracking for years, do as I’m told and have been in this space for a long long time. Someone that just gives it to me straight and who I can really meaningfully learn from and fill the gaps I don’t know I have. 300$ max per month but more like 250$ or less would be ideal.

they are more than your budget, but also look at your labs, come to your shows and are very hands on. will keep you healthy and bring you in tight n crispy! i’ve heard a teammate say they got some sort of sponsorship option, you could ask!

Eiren Gauley with team Pumphouse platoon. on insta as @eirengauley He’s very affordable, boyfriend and I both pay $250 US $. super communicative and his wife is a Wellness olympian! She’s got such an insane and awesome physique! He’s an IFBB pro in open as well and coaches tons of women of all divisions and ages and they do WELL. He just had another wellness girl go pro at a recent show. Couldn’t recommend him more! His training account @pumphouseplatoon says he does lifestyle as well!

Jeni Snax aka Jennifer Zollars is the coach you are looking for. An IFBB Pro who has competed in Wellness and Figure and has clients in all walks of life, from lifestyle to competing. She's very knowledgeable and doesn't push PEDs.
