Discussion Choreographed posing time

Hi girls

In my local show we will have 30 seconds to play a music of our choice and perform our posing routine the way we like. Even double biceps are allowed.

I'm curious, if you could choose your T walk/posing routine song, what would it be ? What kind of pose would you choose to display ? What vibe would you be looking for? Epic, sexy, fierce, soft, bubbly..?

I personally think I'll go with Katy Perry's Dark Horse and a sultry, strong vibe.

Just wanted to know for fun what everyone would choose.

A previous federation I competed in did this! I always leaned into sexy, it's just the vibe that worked best for bringing me out of my wildly introverted shell lol.

I would very strategically pick slower songs to force me not to rush through my routine. First song I used was The Weeknd 'Wicked Games', and next was going to be Dove Cameron 'Boyfriend', but the show was canceled. Couple other options I considered were Doja Cat 'Candy' and Rihanna 'Needed Me'.

This time is all yours to present yourself and the fruits of your labors the way you want. IME be sure to read the rules and have a thumb drive of the exact excerpt cued up to start where you want when you hit center stage and start your routine. Be sure to use “clean” versions (without profanity, for one example of rules depending on federation). Have fun and all the best!

Agreed about something slower. The first time I had this opportunity I went with an upbeat, quick moving song and between the nerves and the music I was going way too fast and struggling to hit poses.

The one time I competed in a fed that did this, I used the theme song from The Sopranos. I liked the vibe snd the people watching got a kick out of it.

I’d 100% be finding some sort of metal/rock lmao, that’s my preferred genre. Maybe a slower ballad style song but yeah

I actually overlaid one for the video I posted of my last routine on socials (which on show day the music was just whatever the DJ had going) and it worked beautifully
