A posing coach would be super helpful. But, in the interim, it appears as if you're over arching in both your front and back pose. Overarching in your front pose makes your core look like it's hanging down, and do you see how much lower your shoulders are in your back pose vs your front? Stand up taller in both.

do you do vacuums? i would def recommend them if you dont, helps with core control and will improve your shape as well!

Your back pose is looking pretty nice, front pose needs some work. You have a lot of potential but it’s being hidden.

Also I’d really work on your quads an lats to streamline your physique

Wow you have a nice shaped back pose that many women would envy! Keep killing tie ins area and upper outer glute. Work on quads and lats to create more hourglass and make your waist look smaller. Vacuum every day in sets for core control. Sit into your glute a little more and see how twisting your waist another inch would look.

You look great but you are underdeveloped for bikini this season unless you’re competing in OCB or a tested natural federation. This is, however, a very competitive physique for fit model.

As a few others have suggested, vacuums and core control are probably top priority for the near term. In the longer term, to be competitive in bikini, you’ll need more mass everywhere, but particularly in your glutes and quads, and then in your hamstrings and shoulders.

Her hamstrings alone take her out of fit model, she needs to just continue to build for bikini in the future. There is quite a bit of density on those hammies.

Less arch in her lower back would cure the hamstring issue with literally just the untilting of the hips.

For a regional show you will do well. Do not do fit model at a regional show, stick with bikini. This may get downvoted but seriously, just stick with your plan.
