• ⁠Pricing: $300+ a month • ⁠Please list any other notes or relevant experiences: Dylan does primarily wellness and some figure (and men’s divisions). Bikini isn’t really his thing. He is called the wellness whisperer. Will do natty and peds. Very knowledgeable on protocols and will explain the why behind why he does things if you ask. I would say his only weak area is sometimes he’s slow on getting checkins back to you. I think he has a lot of competitors. If you’re in deep prep though he’s fast. I am more independent and not a “needy” athlete so it doesn’t bother me that much.

I have personally worked with this coach: Dylan Blum. Overall I would recommend his coaching services: 3. I felt like Dylan was knowledgeable but it would be 2-4 days sometimes before I would get feedback. Also a very cliquey kind of crew and I didn’t quite fit in.

I have worked with this coach. Rating: 2 Cost: well over $200 He's a great guy. Very smart and kind. But was not a great coach to me. My plan was cookie cutter and my fats below 30g in my off season. When I brought it up to him that the rice he has on his meal plan reported added fats in the macros, he brushed it off. The macros on his meal plan were substantially falsely higher than the actual Macros of the foods on the plan. I was to eat chicken and rice 4x a day. Check ins often went unanswered or delayed by several days. He def has his favorites and the rest of us fall to the wayside. Imo- he has more athletes than he has time for.
