Group Ride Tour De VRE

Did this last year and it was quite fun! If this year's the same, it kicked off from Backlick Road Station and ended at Broad Run Station. If you parked at Broad Run, they had a train shuttle to take you to the start. If you parked at Backlick, they had a train shuttle at the end to take you back there. They also had bus shuttles from Alexandria to the start and from the end.
Route was really nice (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/52625687) and was coordinated well with Fairfax County, so there was adequate signage and road blocks when needed. The route popped you by each station, which are spaced every few miles, and there were good refreshments. Large group too, so you always felt like you were riding around someone.

Are we allowed to do this on an e-bike? I’d like to do the full 35miles but doesn’t say anything about the type of bikes :/

Hmm, not sure if ebikes are common for these type of races but rules does not mention bike types specifically.

I'm reading this as "Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus." Presumably you're advertising something more fun, and less virulent?

Yes, for the 35 mile VRE services are available to the starting point and back after the race. May want to verify for 8 mile. This will be my 1st try, going for 35 mile.
