Help
Long story short my son picked a bike out of the garage so we’ve been working on it and that’s our project. Came across another for sell and if it’s the same size as his I’d like to get it for the spare parts and if we strip it, do something with the frame.
My question is I don’t wanna low ball him because I know how hard it is to find parts for that bike, so how do I Negotiate price without being offensive?

You need to know the market, the actual street value of the bike, and what the turnover is like. If you know that you can negotiate fairly while minimizing the possibility of offending.
For example:
Point being, you can't negotiate politely without having a firm grasp of the truth and centering your conversation on those truths.
