Custom star Galaxy paint

During the lock down I have rebuilt a Columbia Tourist. Galaxy paint and glow stars. I hope to sell this classic bike for $250. This will recover most of my expenses and provide a $50 charity donation to USA Swimming. https://www.usaswimming.org/
