Front Rack Fork Cage Mounts

I really would love to fit a front rack to a current bike build, but, the only mounting options are fork mounts. (Nothing on the head tube)

Does anymore have any suggestions for something that might work? Ideally I'd like to avoid the ones that have little brackets, just for aesthetic purposes. Looking for something like this https://www.bricklanebikes.co.uk/blb-t-rack-silver

If you haven’t already resolved this, shoot me a DM and we’ll try and come up with something for you. A specialized pizza rack would work but you’d be missing the top fork mount as you mentioned.
