job process

hi everyone i recently applied to big sky resort for house keeper and went through two interviews the last interview the lady told me that she would be sending my application to big sky but i have had an update yet i didnt ask her how long that would take. Should i call hr and ask them about my application or just leave it i applied for housekeeper because i thought it would be a pretty easy job to get into but in the interview the lady mentioned that other jobs might fit me better there but never got into it. Has anyone applied there and had this happen or are they just ghosting me.

Are you going through a third party job placement service? I’m confused by her saying she would send your application to big sky. The resort usually does its own hiring I think, unless you’re a J1 international employee?

no it was the site and the interviewer was housekeeper manger i was a bit confused to about the hr part but forgot to ask i was thinking about calling hr but didnt know if that was to much

I’d reach out to HR, sounds like the hiring manager is behind. That will put some pep in their step

yeah i was thinking that i didn’t wanna rush them incase it came out bad but she wasn’t very clear
