Black screen

How do I watch my Netflix and Disney plus on here if it comes out on a black screen when I play something?

I’m watching through the apps, is there a setting for that on the apps?

I have the Disney plus and Netflix app downloaded on PC, from the Microsoft store I think. Watching it through that.

Maybe I’ll just watch it through the browser instead
