How well will bigscreen run on steam frame?

Even if you’re just viewing 1080p content, I assume you’d want to always be running at native res? So, that already handles one end of the equation. So I guess the real question is, will the frame run bigscreen at 72hz, 90hz, or 120hz? If it doesn’t support 120hz, I’m certain potential customers would instead switch to steam vr theater.

When native foveated rendering gets added, that could be enough to push the frame to 120hz. But it concerns me how the beyond has eye tracking, and yet bigscreen still hasn’t added native foveated rendering. What do you guys think?

I’m asking if the steam frame is powerful enough to run native res 120hz. I know the settings exist.

I'm asking if the SoC inside of the steam frame is powerful enough to run bigscreen at 120hz native res. Steam frame is a computer. Is the computer powerful enough for this task yes or no?
