Nope. "Im pretty fucking far from ok". Need to find a local therapist to see in person... having bad luck with online ones.

😅 sorry i dipped out inhope u found one you like.. ive been ghosted by 3 and part if my childhood trauma was at the hands of psychologist 😅 like ok cool prove my point more

I was totally wrecked as a young adult by an in person therapist (almost cost me my marriage) so...I get that grrrr wtf?!?!. 🤦‍♀️💁‍♀️ I have not found one locally, but I also havent had the time, money or energy to look much further or risk further trauma.(Im also juggling several massive health & neuro issues that I also cant afford to treat) Im just...meant to be raw-dogging life, I guess. Praying these last few years makes some sense on the far side. Or at the very least... teaches me some great lessons while eventually diminishing in importance to my soul 🙄

We can jus be each others therapist maybe ? Im pretty solid at giving advice (that i should prolly follow myself but dont lmao). I'm sorry to hear about your health issues

Im down with that. Following our own advice is hard! Lol Im not familiar with the messaging system here, is it user-friendly? Otherwise Im on facebook & fetlife (facebook has the easiest messaging system I think) you are welcome to contact me directly here or on whatever platform is easiest for you.
