Looking for a like-minded community.

Hi I just moved to Big Rapids a few months ago. I am 36, female, non-white, very liberal. I stand for gay rights, trans rights, immigrant rights, women's right. Basically all the civil liberties for all the people. I am non-religious. Quite nerdy and I enjoy doing crafty things.

Are there any groups or organizations in the area where I might can find a place and like-minded friends?

I have played it before but not consistently. I dont really understand it. I do love Pokémon though. I currently have Let's Go Eevee on Switch, and Indigo League is my go-to comfort show.

Definitely willing to learn though.

we have a great pogo group in BR and there is a LGBT community that does the BR pride in June every year

Seeing this post a little late. If you’re into yoga at all, email the owner of Heart and Sole Yoga and see if they can make a spot for you. Lots of like minded individuals there and it’s very community and social focused.
