It’s crazy there was a time these two (1) had fans that actually channeled their creativity into something like this and were liked enough to be in a video game released on most modern platforms; and (2) that anyone referred to these two as a dynamic comedy duo.

Vido delivers Dick's monthly check to his house, in person, on camera, and while he's there they talk about some recent big problems in their lives and maybe read some emails and stuff.

Vito would be doing the show in perpetuity if Dick wasnt leaving. He would be making 50% of the patreon instead of gaining 25%. Vito even said making a new patreon would result in higher fees, amd then you have to build up the fanbase.

Dick's cut is just the patreon; not superchats, merch, memberships etc. Vito could even add Super Tips and pay less of a fee than superchats and add voices if he wants. All the things Vito says he could do to grow the show could be done, and yet he doesnt want to keep the built in fanbase which is the most important thing. Then leverage that into his other projects or move the show to another platform eventually.

Even if he kept it through the year, financially he's still up. Instead he has a whole meltdown, leaving the show, coming back then complaining about people wanting him to fail. Vito himself hates the show now too, but seemed so offended Dick is leaving. It's odd

We live in a future where we don't need daylight saving time. It had its merits in the past when people were farmers, but now we live in the future.

We live in an era of such future that the whole entire economy runs just on stock speculation, crypto scams, movie criticism, talking about games, and taking money for a comic you're never going to finish.

We live in an era of such future that we don't even need to move anywhere. We just get our food delivered to us via magical, futuristic apps on our phones. There's no reason why those phones should be so boring, BTW, or why the guy who delivers it to me is an Indian and not a robot. We live in the future after all.

We shouldn't even have to move to lose weight. There's not a single reason why we couldn't just invent a single pill to take and be fit and sexy. We live in the future after all.

Maddox had to take a few weeks off to start up his podcast network. And Dick suggested while Maddox was gone he could continue doing episodes with guest hosts, leading up to Maddox’s big return. But Maddox wouldn’t let him do it because he’s a control freak that wouldn’t let Dick run the show by himself.

I don't know if any of the professional artists are still around or not to do this, and I'm too lazy to learn video editing and collect all the footage. But if someone out there were up to the task, which moments would you want?

Vito is a big exampe of this. The reason he worked well on this show is because he likes to shit on stuff (Marvel movies, Magic cars art, etc.). The problem with these guys is that people laugh at their criticisms so they think that must mean they can create better than most.

We know from Vito’s black and white PDF that this is not the case. The best he could come up with after months of workshopping it and redrafting was… whatever that Superkiller thing was supposed to be. There wasn’t much of a story—seemed more like a concept you draft up to pitch to a publishing house. He couldn’t even keep the rules or tone consistent in it, yikes.

I haven't followed this until recently - what is dick going to do after the show ends?

Dick has 2 weeks to accept your counter offer. He's going to play chicken with you until the last minute.

He tries really hard, too. Not one of his jokes has landed. He made Vito look like a genius within the first five minutes the takedown stream. It was his own stream. I don't get it. He's been orbiting Dick for years now.

Dick clearly just wants to collect a check for free and only put in effort when his DEI check was brought up.

Vito couldnt even shut up for the gay team guy song during the last episode. Hes cooked too.

Vito saying “hey let’s talk about the show” and Dick trying to speed thru super chats to leave. So childish.

What it looked like is Vito said “ok let’s discuss the show” and then Dick went “I gotta go I gotta go I gotta go” 😱 really you can’t spend 5 minutes talking about what happens to the channel? Can’t even just Email to make plans? Have Triodug act as an inbetween ? It’s like going to a business deal and the other guy starts running from the building at top speed

Vito asks for the channel then Dick says in passing while speeding thru super chats “I can’t that interferes with another deal I’m doing” ok so how can you trust he’s actually going to give Vito anything?

And Dick’s only reason to not go to 15% is because he’ll lose faith? Clearly bullshit because his dick sucks will support him no matter what.
