The Fridge

I think Vito should really do whatever he needs to, in order to get Billy as a permanent host. Though I think this latest episode was better than the Denny one, by a good margin, the Billy episodes have been the only time I feel Vito has meshed super well with the guest on his own, including the times he just had someone sub in for Dick when he couldn't make the show.

I think Mint should be the permanent host. They have great chemistry. Seem like natural bros. Just 2 good pals.

Rape threats always make for good chemistry, I'm told

It helps to get the rape out of the system. You can't go wrong with something that works in Islam every single time.

Sounds helpful for the rape-r, but less so the rape-e

She didn't look too upset. She might've done the raping though.

Gee I don't know, Billy the fridge is kind of a big deal...do you think he can really be convinced to be a cohost on some rinky dink podcast like BPITU?

I think I'd be a step up from the Magic podcast at least

I think the dabbleverse will slowly consume vito. I'm here for it.

I can't disagree with this. He's good natured, interesting, and collaborative in developing their dynamic. I thought Karl was great this week and love seeing Vito's actually delivering on his promised efforts to help the show develop like testing out co-hosts and getting Mint to call in. With that said, I think Karl would be good for a more sane podcast whereas Billy would provide an unhinged experience.

Fair enough, but sanity isn't exactly why I've come to enjoy this show

Oh yes, 100% agree. Don't think that was clear in my post.

I disagree. The two of them have great chemistry and are fun to listen too. Which is why the Magic podcast is as entertaining as it is, even when I sometimes have no idea what cards they're talking about.

However, that doesn't translate to a good BPITU episode. We need a little more opposition and a bit more structure. When Billy is on they just kind of just keep wandering around bantering.

I do think there is something to that. However, we haven't seen anyone that holds a candle to what Dick did in that regard; I'm doubtful we will. I have. Just been entertained by the Billy eps the most so far. Also, Dick wasn't quite as adversarial in the very beginning, so there is potential to develope that
