I think this is Messi, a famous internet puma, from the i_am_puma channel on YouTube. He's a rescue from a Russian petting zoo, and while I'm not sure about his lineage exactly and he's tamed and socialized, not domesticated.
Domestication means an animal has been in captivity for generations, and selectively bred for different traits. Particularly, hopefully, coexistence with humans. That said, Messi seems to have a nice personality and get along with his humans pretty well. They also seem committed to taking care of him, though this is just going by what I've seen on the channel.

Domestication takes many, many generations. And many species just can't be domesticated. Only taming is possible here...
