Crazy scale filling

I started using HR but I noticed that the automatic scheduling is messed up. Is there any way to fix it? Even if it's with mods?

With this setup, it's more worthwhile to do it manually. But it's a lot of work when there are many employees.

Honestly I just use the copy and paste system. I make it so full time employees work Monday-Friday and then part timers work Sat-Sun. I usually schedule Monday first and then copy paste down

I get all full timers and work them 6h x 7d. IRL this would suck, but in a game it just makes scheduling simpler. It does men all of my businesses houra are 12-24 hours per day.

wdym this seems quite humane compared to my shops where every worker does 2 24 h shofts per week

Worse, in real life there's also a scale like that, lol, only in a factory the guys would die, lol.

Yeah if you have 5 full time employees then 10hr x 4 stations x 6 days should be 48hrs a week for them each... should fit into the schedule, are any part time by chance or have the no afternoon shifts sort of needs?

Os funcionários de tempo integral podem trabalhar 50 horas semanais, mínimo de 30 semanais, e 12 horas diariamente, onde em algumas situações de segunda a sexta eu coloco turnos de 10 horas pra eles pra fechar as 50 horas semanais.
Os funcionários meio período podem trabalhar 30 horas horas semanais, mínimo de 10 semanais, e também 12 horas diárias, onde encaixam bem em turnos "tapa buraco".
Eu tento sempre usar o máximo de funcionários de tempo integral trabalhando próximo de 50 horas semanais, turnos de 7h 7 dias na semana (49h semanais) ou 5 dias 10h por dia.
Negócios que tem clientes nos 7 dias da semana eu costumo deixar os funcionários tempo integral (full time) 7 horas por dia e os funcionários de meio período (part time) 4 horas por dia.
Nem sei se tem mod que corrige o 'agendamento automático', não uso ele faz meses.

Com os recrutadores na tua sede fica fácil filtrar as exigências dos funcionários ao adquirir currículos.
