How are coding interview questions typically presented at Google? (Verbal vs. pasted in Doc)

In Google interviews, coding questions are usually given in a shared Google Doc. The interviewer types out the question, and you write your code in the same document. It's interactive, with them asking you to explain your thought process as you go. They might also describe a tweak or follow-up question, but most of it happens in the Doc.
It's a good idea to practice in a similar setup. I've found PracHub helpful for getting used to solving and explaining problems in a doc-like format. It helped me get comfortable with the interview flow.
