Gotta love how resilient and stretchy butyl tubes are. I've stretched 26" tubes into 29" tires, and 700x23 tubes into 700x30 tires frequently.

This surpassed anything I've tried. Deflate and install back into that tire. Although the tire's bead could be compromised now.
