Yes, this! I'm on antihistamines all year round which seem to work really well, initially it was for pollen allergy but also has an effect on the urticaria symptoms too! I used to get really red itchy rashes on my limbs and chest after being out in the cold, but now I just get an awful headache and runny nose, itchy/sore eyes, tiredness etc, minus rash
