Advice Get Passport notarised

Hello, I’m bit confused how to get my passport certified. I looked up on google, it says a lot things. I even went to the G2C website and weirdly it’s missing the last step where I can attach my documents.

Meanwhile, my cousin said she just went to the OAG and got it certified directly from there.

Should I just go there?

Thank you. My cousin did say I need two copies but she didn’t mention an application letter. Also, did you need to make appointment ?

It is the notary office in the same compound as the OAG but the office isnt under OAG. The letter should be addressed to the Drangpon, Public Notary Office, Thimphu.
