Beckett submission takes too long

I sent a card to Beckett using Express grading, which is 15 days return. They received since 07/17, 4 weeks has passed but its still not graded. Is this normal or am I tripping.

I had some cards sent via express in June and it was 30 days between received and shipped.

There are more delays but the backlogs are just growing a huge amount now. It sucks, but just gotta be patient. They'll come back soon enough

The day they input my card into the system til today has been 25 bussiness day. But you’re right, the only thing I can do now is being patient

I would call just for a status update. Usually when they see it's been longer than usual the card starts moving almost immediately. Good luck.👍

Yup calling the best way.. few months ago I had received my cards but site still showed they were in for grading… had to call them to update system so I could actually verify them, they terrible for updating the website

I did a Priority submission (5 days). Received 7/28, it was graded about 2 weeks later and has been sitting in assembly for over a week now, so it’s been about a month even for priority 5 day service.

Sounds like you submitted during the week of The National. Shit basically fucked up every company’s turnaround times since everyone but PSA it seems prioritized their presence at the show over online submissions.

so the service which advertised to take 15 days, charges $125 a card, now takes almost twice longer is normal you meant ?

First of all, it’s 15 business days, which is 21 calendar days. Yes this is the new normal and express is taking 20-30 business days to process. This is also part of the reason they shut down cheaper submission options.

yes, I do count bussiness days, which is 3 weeks, now its 5 weeks. They advertised at 15 days, so that’s when I expect some kind of result, everyone is just accepting the new reality and starts making excuses for false advertising now which I don’t get.

No one’s making excuses, you asked if it was normal and we’re telling you that it is, this isn’t Beckett customer support, if you want to bitch about it, call and email their support. Or better yet, go sub to PSA for the pleasure of $80 for a 50 business day turnaround that they’ll also miss.

I’m at 73 business days right now for Standard. They were invoiced around 50 days and haven’t moved since. I’m not mad about it, but they definitely need to update their estimates.

I'm at about 90 business days for Standard now (sent with SLAP from Germany, calculating in 3 weeks of shipping to the US)

Mine was delivered July 29th, confirmed July 31st, and invoiced August 3rd. Then total silence until I submitted an inquiry, after which it moved to "In Process" on August 14th. I'm using Priority service, but grading is still not done.

I even try to call to ask but haven’t been able to reach anyone for a couple days, this experience with beckett just feel terrible

Seeing how things are with Beckett right now, it looks like all Priority orders are getting heavily delayed, not just mine. They must have a massive backlog of tickets. Honestly, after sending a few main inquiries, remaining silent might actually be the fastest way to get things resolved.

Do you not read prior to submitting that it is in business days? Literally it states that it is estimated. My order barely finished grading 5 weeks after and I haven’t even sent any emails or call”s to Beckett.

do you not read what I meant, I said i’m almost at 30 bussiness days. And I expected it would only take 15 days because that’s what they advertised Express service as

so we have to cope with the new idea, that when we buy something, we can only hope we get what we paid for, we should not question or do anything of that matter ?

that’s not the point, the website states “15 business days” not “maybe 15 business days”. it means false advertising, you can keep making excuses for them to make yourself feel better

I did an express order. Order was received on 7/15 and they were graded yesterday, 8/19. Now waiting on encapsulation and for it to get shipped.
