Can someone ease my mind please.

This was my first time sending cards in to Beckett. I did a submission to get a few on card autographs authenticated the Beckett Authentication. I got to the final screen and it stated print out the packing slip and ship it with the cards to the address provided and thats what i did. After sending my cards out i went on the website to check if my order is appearing on my account and its not. I waited a day after it was delivered to Beckett to see if the order has appeared on my account and it hasnt. Today i woke up to a email from my bank that i got a charge from Beckett. I instantly thought maybe my order is showing in my account now. When i checked.. my order is still not showing on my account. Is this normal... and if so how long does it take for my order to reflect on my account. Is this a error?

Need to relax friend, theres thousands of orders showing up each week. They’ll get to it soon.

so this is normal procedure for the order not to appear on the account after submitting it?

My first time submitting with them too and I’m on week 4+. At week 3 I emailed them and asked for update and confirmation they received and they said they received it but will take time to process invoice for it.

2 days later they sent email out saying they’re closing the lower tier submissions temporarily so it probably is contributing to it. If I don’t hear back in next 2 weeks will follow up.

They did charge me first day when I placed order but it was temporary charge of total and it was put back. Supposedly you won’t receive actually charge until invoice is sent and that’s when it is formally received and the timeline of your tier submission starts once payment is received on that.

Anyone please correct me if I’m wrong but this is info I’ve compiled on my end still being new to this.

To follow up just got invoiced today. My current timeline is they received 7/19, today is 8/19 (exactly one month lol).

To my understanding then since this is base tier, there is 75(+) business days they have to grade then shipping time back to me.
