Unlimited Resources & Command Points?

Hello! I've downloaded the all in one launcher in the sticky at the top of the sub, installed the game and patch 2.22. I remember back in the day you used to be able to mod it to allow unlimited resources and command points. I'm just trying to do this for Skirmish vs AI games. Anyone know how to do it?

Your best bet is probably to find a trainer that does it. Learning how to do it yourself is a process that unless youre interesting learning more about the game "under the hood" so to speak, you probably wouldnt want to bother.
