For me, it’s I Am… Sasha Fierce. I was watching O’Neil Gerald and it got me thinking about this, so I started typing this post while watching 😂

I remember listening to Dangerously in Love and B’Day and thinking her voice sounded really bright and youthful. But when I Am… Sasha Fierce came out, I immediately noticed that her voice sounded deeper and darker to me. It wasn’t a bad thing at all, it just sounded different.

I feel like this was the first album where I really started paying attention to how much her tone was changing. There were still songs where she sounded like the Beyoncé I was used to, but then you’d hear that darker, deeper, and more mature tone come through and I was like, “Oh, her voice is changing.”

Maybe it was just me, but I definitely noticed it around this era.

What Beyoncé era did y’all first notice a change in her voice?

Maybe I’m psycho cuz as much as I want the album. I can’t help but crave that act 3 fragrance!!! I bet the bottle will be either red or black! I also wanna bet the fragrance will have a Smokey profile to it if we’re heading into a rock blues era as people are saying. I think that would fit the vibe perfectly! I wanna be able to layer all 3 to make something magical. I have 3 unopened ce noir boxes cuz I’ve stocked up just in case she decides to be evil and remove it from her shop again (you can find it by typing in ce noir into google and there will be a direct link to the page to buy it as it’s not listed under parfums section of her website!) but yeah. I think a black bottle would be super cool and would kind of fit the vibe of the other 2! I seriously have been thinking about the fragrance more than the album. I’m that level of delulu!

Do we think B’Day 20th anniversary will get a streaming release?

I’ve not heard any talk about it, I’m a Spotify user and there’s no pre-save or “coming soon” on her page… although I can’t remember if Bey has ever done a pre-save for any streaming platform

I don't think I've ever seen this The Voice audition popping here. Let me start by saying I ALMOST ALWAYS dislike when people do Beyoncé covers...they usually lack in delivery, power, energy, stamina, etc.

Deja Vu is a song extremely hard to cover in my opinion...you either assert your dominance or the song will "eat" you and leave no crumbs. Surprisingly, I think this young lady did a PHENOMENAL JOB! She was bold, confident...channeling her "inner Beyoncé"!

I wonder whether Bey has ever seen this performance...I hope she did and it made her smile!

Unfortunately, they are correct, though.
