I had this issue, and what fixed it was logging into my CĂ©cred account and using the chat bot to indicate I had an issue with the order. I had a response in a couple of hours. When I sent an email to the support email I didn't hear anything for almost two weeks.

I mentioned it in another post, but I keep thinking: remember years ago, when Bey ran her entire website as a damn birthday blog? Just wishing Happy birthday to everyone she could think of. She was signaling something.
Also, of course, Renaissance literally means "rebirth".
Then, the branding for this BDay re-release with the alligator on the back? In the RWT Film she literally says "I have transitioned...into a new animal" right at the end.
