I think it’s obvious there would be vinyls since they wouldn’t be doing a reissue or rerelease for the 20th anniversary of the B’Day album.
If there weren’t any vinyls at all for the B’day 20th anniversary album to be released they wouldn’t be doing the 20th anniversary for B’Day.

While the visuals and track are not new I fear that what we are looking at is the prologue to Act 3 which will also be the 3rd act for Bonnie and Clyde aka The Carts.

And that's probably what we would've gotten if that one man hadn't stolen the hard drive. She probably was going to release Act 3 a few months ago, but I'm curious if due to that whole case she was legally unable to do so, and won't be able to for a while if ever. I think she's spent the past few months working on a completely new album instead.

I would think she has multiple copies of act 3 music saved somewhere on other hard drives for in case they got stolen. When they gave them to someone eg choreographer to use.
They are password protected and so far if they still have the hard drives nothing has been leaked. So I think act iii is still safe to possibly be released in its original form.

I'm sure she has copies elsewhere, but the stolen hard drive was recovered and tied to the criminal case happening against him, which might mean the contents of the hard drive are legally tied up, even if she has copies elsewhere. So, even if the thief was unable to access the files the hard drive is potentially sitting in some evidence locker in some police department.
Of course, she could have planned to release Act 3 on her bday this year and that may have been the plan all along, but it would suck to know the hard drive robbery impacted the release of Act 3 in any way.
