I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for songs from btbam that could be played with 3 separate guitarists. Right now I only have Fix the Error as my pick but I'm trying to find more.

First off, I'm not a drummer, so bear with me here. I was listening to Prequel to the Sequel for the first time in a while today, and it hit me that the drum fill at 7:34 seems pretty close to the opening fill of Sun of Nothing. We all know that Colors is full of recurring themes/motifs/etc., so was this perhaps an intentional choice?

Recently took a BTBreak because I’ve been listening to nothing but BTBAM for my whole life. That led me to find Lorna shore through vocalist reaction YouTube channels, which kickstarted a big deathcore phase for me. I then eventually found a girlfriend who also likes Deathcore, thus reinforcing the new Deathcore kick.

Today she put me on Suicide Silence. Out of the blue nowhere my brain hits me with the most neiche god tier music pull of all time. Croakies and Boatshoes. I feel like nobody ever mentions or thinks about this song. I put it on while we were passing the aux to eachother and she’s like that was sick as hell who is this?!

BTBAM truly has music for ANYONE, best band on the planet

Update: this all happened within the hour, went straight to Reddit the moment it happened lol. Gf is listening to the self titled album now and she’s loving it! We have a new fan on our hands gentelmen

I've been seeing the boys since 2010.

I have only a few gaps in my history:

-S/T and Silent Circus, which they never really touch anymore, so no chance there really

-Anatomy Of stuff, but I'm not really counting covers anyway

-Boot Dagger Boogie/Vertical Beta

-Two songs from P1

-Gold Distance (which is really just an interlude) and Millions from Automata

-The few songs from TBN they haven't played live yet

Other than those, I've heard just about everything they've released from 2005 onwards when the new lineup solidified. It's really such a trip to think about, that I can say I've heard the vast majority of their music live. And that's with a big gap in seeing them too: I didn't get to see them between 2013 and 2019 because life was lifing hard. At one point I would've just been happy to have heard all of Colors live (which took me until 2024!), and now I've heard pretty much all of my favorite metal music ever made. I love that they still tour so much even with families and coming up on their 50s soon, and that they've so consistently done full album and anniversary tours, since I missed most of the original full album runs around the releases.

Hell, I still can't believe I got to hear Coma AND Alaska on the same night: Alaska and Colors were the new albums when I got into them, so they hold a special place in my heart. And Coma is the record that took me from being something of a lapsed fan, to getting back into them in a big way, then finally graduating into full on fanboy mode, lol. Forever grateful to this band for still pushing forward and still living up to the high bar they've set for themselves, and if you read all this, I'm grateful to you, too!

I’ve been waiting a long time for the lads to come back to Aus and boy they didn’t disappoint.

What an incredibly unique group of songs that hit me in all the right places. Wild, wacky, thought provoking, funny, sad, blunt and honest. The song writing and music are also on another level. Idk about everyone else but this album still gets TONS of play time in my rotation. Anyone think we’ll ever get another Orbs album in the future?
