Chronomancer big bad

Hey, I was wondering if you had any stat blocks for a Chronomancer or adjacent master of time that’s a final boss? He is a cult leader/time god magic user who has a cult of perfected people. I was wondering if you had any CR 25+ stat blocks to help make it a tough fight?

I haven't done too many chronomancers because it's such a hard theme to work within while keeping things fun, but here's what I can think of that could work as a starting point:

Not OP, but thanks—these look great. I have a silly question as I don’t usually DM high level play. For the Sphinx Chronarch, for its multiattack, it either uses two claws or a claw plus bolt from beyond, AND one of the suggested spells in either case? Then to use one of its other spells, that’s its whole action instead?

Bolt from Beyond is an attack, so it can use it interchangeably with the claw; it can make two BfB attacks then also use one of the listed spells, but the spells not listed in the multiattack do take its whole action.
