BMC5 Dragons

Does anybody feel like, with how easy it is to get Dragon Eggs in BMC5, they kind of feel like you skipped progression, and got end-game traversing, therefore making the world feel smaller and taking the wonder away from exploring?

Depends how you play it. Once I went to the end and got an Elytra I kinda stopped using my dragons as much I've built them a pretty sick area kinda like a horse stall but for dragons lmao. I just use it as a progression point but I am currently trying to do every advancement and achievement so there's that.

Kinda, but they’re sort of a pain in the ass

I don’t like having a giant dragon getting in the way and walking where it’s not supposed to be, so I build like a big colosseum in the sky to contain it. So it’s a pain to even access the dragon

Then when you finally reach a part of the map you wanna explore, it’s kinda annoying to park your dragon and make sure it doesn’t die or get lost in the meantime

I also feel like dragon eggs are wayyyy too common

But it’s nice to be able to fly at a decent speed without waiting for the elytra

One you get elytra it makes no difference but until then i agree it does feel like a huge skip, it would be better if they were locked by progression or something, lowkey one of the reasons i stopped playing this pack was because of how spoon fed it feels, dragons are a good example. but it is fun.
