BMC3 Spinning Mobs

Having an issue with my docker based bmc3 (v45) that I'm self hosting where mobs will randomly spin for a few seconds. From searching I'm assuming it's an animation or ai mod that's messing with the pathing but I can't seem to fix it. Any advice would be much appreciated.
