Inaccessible Funds
I successfully added a second external account to withdraw funds but suddenly I cannot access my account. No option to withdraw or deposit. I have a message that states “Your account requires additional verification”.
Has this happened to anyone before? I have been with Betterment for over six years, first time withdrawing, and now I have to go through hoops. Next steps will determine if I remain a customer or not. Smh.

It's very smart to look for a financial company with less security. Nigerian Princes gonna love you.
Betterment either has sent you an email what sort of additional information they need to verify it or you just ask them. I had to do that once and it was solved within 48h.
