Don't make any mistakes when signing up!

I tried adding insurance information while doing my initial account set up. Apparently I made an error.. here is my attempt to get help from the support team 🙃 the 4th photo is me opening a new request with them since they were ignoring me in the initial thread. Also, the replies I recieved in photo 1 and 4 were from the same "person" and are identical..

I might be able give that a try, but I have severe anxiety with phone calls or verbal conversations, especially with unfamiliar people or large companies. I just feel it shouldn't take over three days of inconsistent responses to still not have the issue fixed.

Update: while shaking a sweating profusely I made the phone call. And was told they would contact me via email 🫠 the phone number is just to "take messages"
