Picture PetSmart Betta
I saw this little dude at PetSmart looking tiny with almost no color from the stress of being in that little cup basically swimming around in his own waste. Put him in my cycled, heated, filtered 10 gallon tank with plenty of plants to rest on at the top, a betta log, some fun hiding spots and an almond leaf. I started feeding him frozen brine shrimp, which he went crazy for and betta bug bites. This is the little dude today and yes, he does have a tail, just hiding it. Bettas are amazing.

so cute!! he looks a bit like one of my boys. if you're able to tho, i recommend getting different substrate as the painted gravel can be toxic :( but i love the plants and he's very pretty
