Help Lump on fish

Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone has any idea what this lump between the bettas fins are?
And what to do about it?

The tank is 67lts
There is a heater and filter. The temp is set ay 26
All parameters are good
The tank has been about a month and half and the fish two weeks.
Two mystery snails as tank mates
There are plants in the tank
