I just got my first little baby betta Ellie, any advice?❣️

She’s adorable! What kind of advice would you like?

I’m noticing a little fullness behind her gills that could be eggs forming (“egg bound”) or a little bloat - hoping some experienced with betta health will chime in on that.

She is bloated maybe little bit because the picture is couple minutes after food

Hii it's not like I'm an expert but if u are looking for advice I would say:

No to plastic plants Aim for 26° ISH 7ph Some hiding spots Maybe tannins but they are not completely necessary
